In general, scheduled maintenance is routinely carried out between 7am and 9am on Tuesday mornings; this period should be regarded as "at risk" time.

    What's changing:

    • Clearer error messages – Database and system errors will now display in plainer, friendlier language, making any issues easier to understand.
    • Improved performance – Faster user lookups and more efficient caching, so the system stays responsive and degrades gracefully if any component is temporarily unavailable.
    • More reliable sessions – Session handling has been updated to resolve a compatibility issue, ensuring you stay logged in correctly.
    • Behind-the-scenes improvements – A range of build, deployment, and stability enhancements to keep Pegasus running smoothly.

    Pure will unavailable between Monday 8am on 29th June and 5pm on  Tuesday 30th June 2026 to allow for a system upgrade. We expect the full system to be back online and ready for use on Wednesday 1st July  2026.

    During this time the Pureportal will remain available however log in to Pure itself will not be possible.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this downtime causes..
