IT Service Status

In general, scheduled maintenance is routinely carried out between 7am and 9am on Tuesday mornings; this period should be regarded as "at risk" time.

General Update

Saturday 16th of January

On Friday the 15th of January there was an external incident concerning web certificates that led to wide spread difficulties across the sector.  Most are now resolved.  Some issues may remain.  You may get security errors on some of our sites as you go onto them until the issue is resolved.  However our sites are secure.  


Please note the Turnitin Services continues to be monitored for performance issues although no such issues are occurring at this moment.

    Monitoring is now in place to check the Turnitin queue throughput and to clear the build up of queues.

    This is only impacting some students and your submissions will all get processed in due course.
