FMS will be unavailable for maintenance

During this period (22nd of January to the 2nd of February)  there will be maintenance work on the storage underpinning H and I.   During that time, especially in the evenings,  there may be brief (up to about a minute) outages.

Planned Maintenance

On 17/09/2024 between 08:00 and 08:30 there will be planned maintenance on the Library access control systems. The following services will not be available: room booking in the Library, on the web site or via the StrathApp; the temporary card machine; Library occupancy monitoring.

On 18/09/2024 between 09:00 and 10:00 essential maintenance for SUPrimo will mean this service is unavaliable.

MyPlace 2023/24 instance only:
Update to the underlying software is taking place in the morning of September 10. MyPlace 2023/24 may be unavailable during this time, all other instances are unaffected.

We have scheduled essential maintenance at 8am on Tuesday 9th July on the Print / Copy / Scan  system..

The scanning service will be interrupted for a very short period while the server reboots around 8am, printing and copying will remain operational.

The system considered at risk between 8am and 9am.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Due to our third party provider experiencing problems after a service outage, and the knock on impact on our Resource Booker application, it will be necessary to take the service down to address issues with missing or duplicate bookings. Please do not make any new bookings during this time as they will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Users have been informed ahead of this window.

There will be necessary works on the end user VPN service, causing some service disruption to both the general and dev VPN services at various points during the works window.
