Please note that during the Summer Vacation Period the helpdesk working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.

There is an intermittent fault with the Voice over IP Phones in the James Weir Building. Configuration changes have been made and investigations are ongoing.
The University is installing new shared and personal storage space and the migration onto that storage has commenced. This will mean that there will be outages occuring to various part of the i: drive (shared storage) and to individuals personal H: drives. We hope you will be patient during this migration. It will allow the University to offer large increases in storage for staff and students.
In all cases the i: drive or h:drive will be back for users the next morning.
In general, scheduled maintenance is routinely carried out between 7am and 9am on Tuesday mornings; this period should be regarded as "at risk" time. Any maintenance scheduled for these periods will be advertised here..
