Please note that during the Summer Vacation Period the helpdesk working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.

In general, scheduled maintenance is routinely carried out between 7am and 9am on Tuesday mornings; this period should be regarded as "at risk" time. Any maintenance scheduled for these periods will be advertised here.
